And  she  got this kind of opportunity with the acquisition of their group by SEB Admin. SEB Admin was born with this acquisition only and this gave her exactlywhatshe  was looking for. She stepped into the VUCA world with the goal of making this entire acquisition a success story both for the team and for the new leadership. As India leader, she  created a twofold mission: To bring team to the level where this group will be known for their work commitments and quality standards and second was to create a brand which will be known for its employee friendly and client focussed culture. 

She strongly believes  that organisation culture is a combination of what you create and what you allow.To achieve the set mission, it was important to create the culture that was aligned with the new smaller setup and to unlearn the big corporate culture that they  all inherited. Few thoughtful yet bold changes were brought in over the period of time. For example:moving away from deep organizational hierarchy to smaller stakeholder network, removing the tracking of time and introducing the tracking of output and outcome, mindset shift from number of hours to quality of hours, declaring 4-day work from office and 1-day work from home as an official setup, inculcating thought leadership in her  next layer.These changes were not easy as  it meant changing the DNA, but with strong leadership in Canada and dedicated team in India,all this was made possible.

Today they are 100+ colleagues in India serving big clients in different domains, strongly placed in the global footprint of SEB and she can say with confidence that SEB Admin  has  not only earned colleagues  commitment instead they  have earned  colleagues  loyalty.
