She is a young and dynamic entrepreneur who has a vision to transform the Interior Design and Architecture Industry. Ever since the inception of Lavenk, Monica and her partner, Rahul Salla, have took up many important architecture and interior projects in Bangalore and completed them successfully. They provide end-to-end services to their clients—from conceptualization to final execution of the project and also provide support even after the delivery of the projects. This reinstates their commitment towards the work and clients.

She integrates her artistic ability, aesthetic sense, creativity, detail orientation, interpersonal skills, and problem solving abilities and visualization in planning the indoor and outdoor areas for her clients. Monica is articulate in managing client relationships, developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings, specifications, budgets, construction documents, and managing project teams. She has a passion for design. Each space designed by her embodies creativity combined with skill and attention to detail.

Monica has several feathers on her cap. Her thesis on Integrated Township was exhibited at The Consulate General of India in New York. In November, 2020, she was conferred with the prestigious BeginUp award for her innovative ideas in the field of Architecture and Interior Design. Her passion for architecture and interior design industry staged her among the industry adepts. She chaired ACETECH 2019, Bangalore as one of the eminent jury members. Acetech is a leading trade fair in Asia for Architecture, Design, Construction materials and Engineering.
