Manisha is extremely passionate about gender equality, her vision is to mentor, teach and help LGBTQ+ people, especially the Transgender who are often neglected by society. She envisions creating societies and environments conducive to growth and more accepting of Transgender people. She also advocates

mental wellness especially in women and youth and makes sure she takes a time off from her busy schedule to educate them in improving their mental wellness.

She is also a Digital Marketer, a woman with an optimistic approach in all circumstances and hopes to help with the goal of a more robust and self-reliant India and in near future, she is planning to introduce the project for SMEs (Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise) in which the people from SMEs who doesn’t have the digital footprint can participate, which will help them understand the nuances of Digital Marketing making them self-reliant and efficient in marketing their brand on Social Media.

Along with her profession, she also mentors and counsels aspiring professionals especially women and young adults and facilitates them through transition phases in life. It was committed hard work sprinkled with a bit of luck that gave her opportunities to work and lead a prestigious business.
