Leena the founder of “Leena Gupta Inc”, Wellbeing & Corporate Coach, Tedx Speaker, Movement Therapy instructor, Winner of Ficci Flo “Women Achiever Award” 2019-2020, Indian Achiever Award “Woman of Excellence 2020” and a senior InternationalfacultywithThe Art of Living foundation teaching advanced level, meditation and corporate training courses for the past 20 years. She has been under the direct mentorship of world-renowned spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar through whom she has gained unique insights into the tendencies of the human mind, emotions, and behavior. Close to her heart is the mission to reach out to women and youth in order to promote emotional wellness and self-love/ self-care.
She has successfully taught 16,000 people spanning the US, UK, China, Jordan, Dubai, India, and Channel Islands. She has also conducted a dance and meditation tour in Europe, Scotland, and Channel Islands. She has worked with top companies such, IBM, MerylLynch, British Gas, Barclays Bank, Crompton Greaves, Jindal Steel, Consultancy Services among others, and has been the annual wellness consultant for Shapoorji Pallonji Finance.
In 2017, she founded her wellness company, Leena Gupta Inc. which integrates ancient wisdom and practical techniques to help corporations and high performing individuals create greater impact both, professionally and personally. She has developed customized programs, such as ‘Mind Power Matters’, ‘Turning Obstacles into Opportunities’ that empower clients to creatively solve problems, perform with precision, and lead a life by design. Through signature techniques, her clients have experienced a paradigm shift in their lives leading to enhanced productivity, increased awareness, and inner satisfaction. Her success has been attributed to her ability to create tailor-made modules to address client requirements, the connection she creates with her audience, the signature tools and techniques she empowers her participants with, and the high level of engagement in her sessions.
