Ms. Komal Kapoor is Chief Strategy Officer at de facto Infotech, Mohali, India. At de facto, she is responsible for Organisational Strategy and Growth in line with the envisaged vision & business needs of the company. She is also the Co-Founder & Principal Consultant of HR LiveWire Consulting, Chandigarh, India. Prior to this, she was an Assistant Vice President & Head – Human Resources at Cheers Interactive (now FutureBridge), Mumbai, India.
In her career spanning almost two decades, she he has successfully contributed to Human Resource Development and has played key role in various organisations like SPAN Infotech (now TietoEVRY), India, Icompliance LLP, USA, Trident Group, India and GENPACT, India.
Throughout her vast experience, Komal has been recognised for her versatile flair & being a super achiever in implementation of best Human Resources practices, for her commitment to identify & nurture Human Assets and for her vision & acumen of an astute leader par excellence. She has been credited for bringing in outstanding people practices and processes that led to actualization of business goals.

At present, she sponsors education of girl child at an orphanage. Her belief in dignity of life of all living beings & love for dogs makes her a sponsor at a dog shelter for upkeep of abandoned dogs.
Komal has been an all-rounder& achiever throughout her academics too and has won National Talent Scholarship as well as many awards in various school & college competitionsfor achievement in studies as well as sports. From an early age, she has helped under-privileged students with studies by imparting free study classes to them in her spare time. Her future aim is to generate employment for destitute women & differently abled people. Apart from that she plans to open a speciality research hospital for canines.
Her motto in life is “There is only one life and we need to Live and Let Live”.
She loves to travel, read and learn about new cultures. At present, she is learning Spanish Language and also trying her hand at Golf.
