After securing an MBA from IIM – Calcutta, Jyoti went on to complete an Electronics and Communications Engineering degree from the University of Warwick. She is also a Doctor of Naturopathy, Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Life Coach.

Having served more than seven years in the field of Banking and Consulting in London and India, she stepped out of her comfort zone to explore her interests in the Fitness Industry. Her short stint with a startup and as a freelancer in Corporate Wellness somehow connected the dots and led her to like – minded individuals to set the foundation for FITTR – The world’s largest online fitness & nutrition community. Leveraging her years of professional experience in analytics, critical thinking, problem – solving, building consensus, and managing teams, Jyoti went ahead to set up INFS in 2016.

Driven with a philosophy of ‘ education is empowering ’, Jyoti works closely with fitness industry experts to incorporate scientific thoroughness and rigor in the courses at INFS. She strives to instill confidence in the Certified Fitness Professionals so they can set on their professional journey with ease. Through the science – and research – backed courses, Jyoti also empowers students to take charge of their health by facilitating a thorough understanding of the multiple benefits of a fit lifestyle.

Jyoti envisions establishing INFS as a one – stop – shop for anyone wanting to be a part of the fitness industry and ensuring that it gains global recognition as a provider of Health and Fitness Certifications.

Jyoti also actively contributes towards the education and upliftment of the needy.
