Hemlatta is TTT Certified Trainer now Pursuing FSSC V5 22000 Lead Auditor Course. She Graduated in Chemistry and subsequently go one to study further and done M.Sc. with Inorganic-Chemistry, Bachelor of Education. She had Started her Career as a Chemistry Lecturer at Science College and also has stint of little career as Chemistry –Maths Teacher for 3 years, Then she took break of almost 5-years to focus on raising her daughter But Meanwhile Continued To teach Students For Subjects like Chemistry and Mathsat Home.
However,The thirst for Knowledge led her to pursue her MBA in Operation Management, Than In a year she took a call to become Entrepreneur and foray into Education industry.She founded “HGP Training Center” in year-2017 with Vision to provide Professional Skill oriented courses in the field of Pharmaceutical and Food Industry.
In a Very Competitive World of Training Institutes She has faced many challenges in convincing small pharma and Food industry To have skilled staff.She spent endless long hours to convince manufacturers and explain benefits of skills to new aspiring students. Through her perseverance she managed to carry out more than 10 various workshops in last 3 years and imparted Training and certification to more than 300 Aspiring Students and Employees from Food & Pharma Sector.
These are the happy Students now employed in various companies and Employees from Various Pharma and Food Industry are carrying out their duties with new set of skills. As an active Empanelled Training Partner of FSSAI – She has conducted Number of Food Safety Supervisor Trainings For Food Businesses and Contributing in “Eat Right India ” Movement of FSSAI.
