Hemal is a post graduate specialist in Human Resources and a ICF Certified Coach with over 25 years of diverse work experience in transitioning and transforming large scale operations across industry verticals viz., regulated businesses like Insurance as well as other industries like Travel, Utilities, and HR Outsourcing. She has also been associated with the Risk & Compliance function within regulated businesses, managing operational teams & their risk control frameworks.
In her most recent role, Hemal has been instrumental in transforming the Human Resources function at Capita India, a critical aspect for a people centric business.
