Adhering to this transcendent guidance, she recognized the importance of converting her emotions and competency into service by helping the females & children of slum areas, educating them, providing them with the basic elements of happy vibes and growth and also mentoring the youth in India which led to the formation of the “Laavanya Redamancy Foundation”.

Laavanya is a platform that empowers women, children across India specially girl child. She started doing social services from her school days only.

She has 7 years of experience in Real Estate Investment Management, with this, she is active social worker with the clear vision to empower womanhood, children across India & specially girl child, as she comes from a place where girl children are still considered as a burden on family. Yet she defeated all the odds and stand strong for herself, after seeing her niece whose name is Laavanya going through the same circumstances motivated her with a thought of empowering her niece and women across India through Laavanya Redamancy Foundation. With this thought, her Mother supported her, gives her the strength to bring the change in society where till now girl child is just a burden for family.

She guides Women and girls with deep insights into the current education system and the resulting skill gap.Ms. Heena Sehrawat is associated with Real estate consulting’s as Senior Management Official. Through her experience and expertise, she is also empowering women & children across India.

She is someone who always wanted to form an NGO since her school days, where usually most of the kids dreams to go outside India for higher studies and to settle down there itself. Ms. Heena Sehrawat with an optimistic approach in all circumstances and hoping to help with the goal of a more robust and self- reliant India. She motivates to all who so ever connects with her that each & every one of us should contribute towards nation by donating at least 10% of our income.
