She belongs to an extremely conservative family with orthodox perceptions and restrictions on higher education for girls and faced several oppositions from her family and society owing to their orthodox beliefs. Nevertheless, her strong determination and aspiration to become a self-dependent person kept her moving and could overcome all odds and constraints to pursue her Masters Degree in Computer Science (MCA). After working in an MNC for couple of years she joined an IT start-up company and contributed immensely in the growth of the start-up. Owing to her active participation, she acquired an in-depth knowledge of structure and processes of a large technology company as well as understanding of chaos and unpredictability of a start-up.

As a technology wizard with cogent analytical skills, extremely professional and the right business acumen, Aruna has an in-depth knowledge and expertise in Project Management, Program Management, Partnerships, New Venture Development, Strategic Planning and execution in the following sectors – Enterprise Products, Internet businesses, E-commerce. She is a seasoned value-creator, growth and innovation professional with experience rating and deploying new business models, expanding business into new markets, and Launching new businesses.

Aruna, a serial entrepreneur, aims to fuel the development of multiple businesses into various verticals like IT, Greases and Lubricants, Silver Jewellery, Packaging Industries that can be effective in economic growth and employment. She started her journey in the year 2006 as a Senior Executive Director in Sirgrace Technologies Private Limited and as a Managing Director of Eightstream Marketing Private Limited which deals Greases and Lubricants in 2009. In 2013 she founded Tanyo Collections, an online fashion store. Later in 2017, she started Mahaveer Pearls-The Jewellery Studio which is into Silver Jewellery and also Jagannath Packaging which is into flexible packaging manufacturing as a Managing Director. Her thirst for more opportunities, Visionary leadership and Strong perseverance has won her the Best Women Entrepreneur Award from Hybiz in 2020. She follows the words of Eleanor Roosevelt “I am who I am today because of the choices I made yesterday.”

During the setting up of Jagannath Packaging, the manufacturing unit she had faced several challenges and adverse situations – Financially, Physically, Technically and Operationally. As she belonged to non–technical academic background in the Packaging Industry, her responsibility to learn the technical aspects was increased and has to put in extra efforts to understand the minute technicalities to learn more about the industry. Her passion towards providing the best quality products and services has gained her many accolades as the First Female Founder in the Packaging Industry in the Telangana State with many satisfied customers. With a burning desire and untiring zeal to bring change in the society, she could attain a distinguished Image not only in her society, but also in the Packaging industry at the National and International level.

Some of her major accomplishments are she got selected in Global Entrepreneur Summit at Hyderabad and International Entrepreneur Summit in Hong Kong and also Attended Business Council in the Parliament of Sydney, Nepal and Dubai.
