Anu strongly believes this could aid world peace. In the past 22 years she has mastered meditation. She also ran a meditation center. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, Anu  neglected her Bollywood career. All that happens, happens for good.  She, on the contrary, took years of practice to devise her miracle module Anufun. She has also been invited to share this module in various national and international conferences.

AAF has significantly contributed to make people stress free, transform lives of destitute women,children, youth, men, projects to raise inner-peace in the girl-child suffering HIV+, youth, cancer,women empowerment, raising mental well being.  Anu, who studied and  has been living “yog” lifestyle for the past  22 years is a gold medallist. She makes program that  suit different ages and groups of people to a positive upheaval of the marginalised as well as the corporates.

Covid has brought urgent and new causes that AAF has added focus on. The founder of AAF holds a Masters in Social Work. She is also the UNHCR ambassado. Popularly known as Anu Aggarwal the Aashiqui girl, a miracle story, is self-made.

Anu has been recognised as  the” most Influential Asian woman.”She has also been t awarded the Black Swan award, Yoga award from GOI and is an award-winning actor to name a few. She is a TED and motivational speaker, mindfulness coach, global citizen and is the bestseller author of her memoir Anusual, which sells internationally.
