Initiated in 2016 by Anshula Parwal and Salman J, 4th Bloc Consultants started as a freelance firm, however, soon the duo became a prominent name in the recruitment industry with all the companies looking to fill in their vacancies.

“Because of our vast experience in the recruitment industry, we were getting approached by many firms to support their hiring needs. We started as freelancers in mid-2016, after that, one of our clients approached us for a requirement of a senior and respectable position in his organization. Within a couple of hours we got the right fit for them which was for a very highly paid salary package. There were around 6 to 8 senior level positions which we could close in a week. We realized   that we are capable of offering employment services and since there was a need for a conciliator for both job aspirants and hiring partners, it gave us the push towards 4th Bloc Consultants”, shares Anshula Parwal, Founder, 4th Bloc Consultants. Adding to this, Salman, Co-Founder, 4th Bloc Consultants says, “There was a drastic thrive during the first year of 4th Bloc Consultants. We did see downfall for about three to six months and then we did the changes required in the team and the strategy.

Since then our growth has been unstoppable. Our clientele base started building along with our team size. These advancements led us to strategic development which helped us in broadening our area of service PAN INDIA as well as UAE region.”
