She is thankful to entire Engineering Industry and Steel Industry who have always endorsed her as a First female founder in Steel Industry. Her vision to do pioneering in her work and to serve to Indian engineering industry were her main catalyst to motivate her towards commencements of MAXIMA Steel Services.
She belongs to extremely Orthodox Joint family located in 2nd tier city Jabalpur (Madhya – Pradesh). Her struggle started from her childhood itself, where she always wanted to utilize her energy, strong determination and hard –working to achieve her ambitions and become self – dependent person. She has faced Gender bias in her family and in her society due to their conservative perceptions, orthodox perceptions and some selective parameters for females. Certainly, she had to face these kind of several constraints in her life’s different stages. Although with the help of her strong will power, willingness to do something special and giant desire of bringing change in her family and society, she has successfully crossed all constraints and create a great Image of Females not only in her society, but also in Engineering and Steel industry in National and International level. “IF I CAN DREAM IT, THEN I CAN DO IT” these words kept her motivated towards her ambitions.
With help of her titanic caliber and passion towards serving to Engineering Industry, within 13 years of span of time she has covered all engineering segments like Petrochemical& Refineries, Shipbuilding, Oil & Gas, Thermal Power, Offshore constructional, Solar Industry and several segments.
She really feels fortunate herself when she represents new face of Indian women in front of National and International level. She was the first female at the steel tube manufacturing workshop during her training in 2005 and similarly, till present she is the only female from India who stepped out and broken all the barrier of stereotype in male – oriented industry. Fortunately, in this special and super critical applications zones i.e. Distinguish Professionals, Industrialist, Engineers and Traders everyone has appreciated her, supported her and provided her a new recognition as a First Female Founder in Steel Industry in India.
She had a wonderful experience working in special Steel industry, where She has faced several challenges, adverse situations Financially, Physically, Technically and Operationally. As she belongs to non – technical academic background, her responsibility to learn technical aspects was increased. Therefore, she had started her professional life in Steel plant located in Dewas (Madhya – Pradesh) inspite of various adverse situations. She has visited several Steel Product Manufacturing Plants in China and South Korea. Materials in which she deal into get implemented in Super Critical Applications, therefore she always learns Technical aspects from Engineering Procurement& Construction Companies, Project Management Consultancies and Distinguish Industrialists in India. Every year as and when required, she has infused more efforts and enthusiasm to work into various segments.
She has been assisting several Engineering, Procurement and Construction companies more than a decade to evaluate best suitable vendor of Steel Products.She has extended enormous support for procurement of best suitable Steel Products for Super Critical Applications and played a significance role in international Supply Chain Management. Her Synergy, Self – motivational spirit and appreciation from buyers and suppliers were her main Capital Asset to execute the business model. She has been closely working with Indian Engineering Industry and really got a great revaluation in India to working as a First Female Founder of Steel Services Company.
She also contributes her efforts for “Right to Energy – Energy Revolution” and a proud co-convener of TILA International Energy Conference, she got nominated by Several Engineering Company across the globe for Indian Presidential Award – Nari Shakti Puruskar.
She Has Successfully Supplied Steel Fittings, Flanges, Titanium Tubes, Steel Plates and Other products to L&T, Reliance Industries Limited, PETRON AS Malaysia, Yanbu Refineries, ADNOC Group, KOC Refinery, SOCAR, FARABI Petrochemicals, MAHAGENCO, RRUVNL, NTPC, MRPL, ONGC, JGC Philippines, Tecnimont India Etc.
