Swami Vivekanand once remarked, “Arise, awaken, and do not stop until the goal is achieved.”It was nerve-wracking to compete against industry heavyweights like Birlas and Asian Paints, but it just added to the magnitude of the triumph. “I hope my tale motivates other women to establish their own manufacturing businesses.” It’s only getting started, and everyone of us has the power to make significant changes.

Akriti is from the Bihar city of Patna. In 2018, the idea for AKV Wall Putty was born. She has an MBA from Singapore and is a Delhi University graduate. Akriti sought to establish a platform that encouraged more women to engage in a sector that contributed to India’s growth, given the scarcity of female entrepreneurs in manufacturing. She has established a precedent as a female entrepreneur in an underserved market, notably in Bihar, which is regarded to have a limited startup culture despite its huge potential.

Being an entrepreneur is a mental condition. An external force cannot compel it to do so. It is a spontaneously formed conscious choice based on the circumstances and prior experiences. Akriti is a highly motivated girl with the passion to open up a factory where equal opportunities would be given keeping gender aside.
