Sharmila Devi, Founder & Director- Seven Clover Coaching Services has started her carrier as a Craft teacher with 10 children and now transformed into a Clarity coach, coaching thousands of individuals from various parts of the world. Sharmila was born and brought up in a heritage family in Sivakasi, the small town of Tamil Nadu who had got inspiration from her father’s success story in business. She always has the Entrepreneurial Spirit and making difference in the lives of people around her.
After her completion of Post-graduation in Management Studies as a Gold Medalist, she got married and moved to Madurai with family and accepted family commitments gracefully. After becoming the mother of two children, she had started a venture called Ideal Kids and she got upgraded her training skills with several International Trainers and an NLP Master Coach. Then she founded the venture SevenClover Coaching Services, Coaching company with her Life Mission to “Give clarity to anyone in life and improve the mental and emotional health of the People”

Sharmila Devi with her immense thirst to create an impact over the Society and Nation. She has been taken Leadership roles in renowned Pan India Forums and International Forums as a Madurai Chapter – Co-Director – Startup Grind – Global Startup Community with the objective of creating a viable ecosystem in her town.
Sharmila has been an Executive Member and Vertical Head of Confederation of Indian Industry – Young Indians for the past six years and conducted 120+ awareness events to stop Child Sexual Abuse and Organ Donation Awareness programs with NGOs, Hospitals, Schools, Colleges, Students, Teachers, Business Organisations and General Public. Now she is chairing the Entrepreneurship vertical in YI Madurai and igniting the Entrepreneurship spirit among Millennials.
She has been recognized as ‘Pink Ambassador of Madurai’ to spread Breast Cancer Awareness by an NGO – Turns Pink.
