As she is born in Brahmin family, she observed all the traditions and worship since childhood. Even after marriage, her husband was very fond of worship.

One day a thought came into mind her mind, “We consider god as Supreme, then why should we compromise on the materials required for worship?”

As Ruchi is very fond of reading, shestarted studying the Vedic pooja system and research for getting pure, authentic and genuine pooja samagri.

In this way she establishes the brand Aawahanam– pure, authentic, genuine pooja box.

Just before lockdown Aawahanam started. With the entire world closed, being a spiritual person as felt the need to reach the people with faith and positivity and thus Aawahanam. It was convincing for us to ship our pure, natural, genuine products safe and hygienically.  Mostly, people living in abroad are most benefitted with this as it’s just a click away. During the pandemic her staff able to provide contactless deliveries and followed all the safety precautions.

Her greatest inclination was on women empowerment. Specially, during hard hit pandemic. She provides packaging and job to many jobless ladies who could help their families during pandemic and do her share in women empowerment.
