With 21 years of experience in the industry and education, Reine now spends her weekends with people or start-ups who need help. She provides tools, best practices for people to flourish as intrapreneurs. She also visits colleges & webinars providing industry insights to the academia.

She is a C-Suite full stack executive with a variety of industry experiences across geographies and has a hunger for continuous learning and perseverance. Her strength is to envision and attain outcomes with strategic measures.

She has led large/small disjointed/distributed teams to deliver by being the fabric between the dynamics of the groups. She believes in tapping the potential by focusing on what one can do rather than what one has done in the past.

She has a fascination to observe, analyze and drive behaviour via metrics. Presently Reine is setting up India operations for Nimbly Innovation India Pvt Ltd, as Senior Director Engineering at Bangalore.
