Mrs. Parveen Tabassum also runs an NGO namely OUSWA which is in Kolkata and is involved in the humanitarian services. She runs the NGO supported by the local counsellors and social workers to help majority of poor people. While she is passionate about her entrepreneurship in the first place, she considers NGO as her second choice.

Being the President of OUSWA, Mrs. Tabassum also informs that the NGO has supplied food to 10,000 families along with 100 Units of Oxygen Cylinder during pandemic. She intends to continue this noble work along with the entrepreneurship.
