Being in the teaching profession for more than 15 years she has spent a lot of time grooming students through an innovative and holistic approach. Her efforts were recognised and was awarded the ‘Best Teacher award-2013’ by Jaya Suriya Engineering College, Chennai and ‘Teacher’s Excellence Award- 2015’ by Confederation of Education Excellence ,Delhi.

In 2016 , her brainchild, Aadyalakshmi Arangamela, was born. Embittered by the indifferent attitude of children (and some adults to ) who are immersed into technology and sophistication and have effortlessly forgotten the cultural heritage and traditions, she decided to affect her idea in action and launched her company.

Through her venture, she looks to create “learning with fun” by providing an opportunity to younger performers of the Indian Classical Art forms to showcase their talent. Putting her primary skills of management and organization to test, where every programme is called a ‘MELA’, she has successfully completed 17 such Melas on the company’s platform, of which last two were virtual ones. She mainly looks to remind children and people of all age groups, the power of faith and belief in God, of which she herself, is a firm believer.

In recognition of her efforts, she has been awarded with the ‘Senior Woman Entrepreneur Award 2019’ by National Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development (NFED), Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and the India 500 start-up awards -2019 for quality excellence, by India 5000. These moments of pride and joy has filled her to work harder and achieve higher, without looking back, which in turn has rewarded her with yet another feather, the ‘Woman of Excellence Award 2020’ by Indian Achiever’s Forum, of which she is extremely honoured and humbled. Her future still has no limits or boundaries and is solely guided with the intention to sore high and higher, with her wings always in the air.
