Deepa V Mukherjee is a Founder & CEO of “Me Green India”. She is a Talent Management Consultant, Certified Practitioner of Applied Neuroscience for People Development, and a Professional Coach. She is an industry veteran and has been featured in several media publications, including a cover story feature in the TD magazine, the U.S.A in 2012.
She was awarded for her contribution to the field of training & development by the World HRD Congress in the year 2015. She has also received the honor of being recognized as one of the 100 Top HR Tech Minds and Most Fabulous Training & Development Leaders in India. In her last corporate stint as the Vice President and global leader for talent management, she was named the Talent Development Champion of the Year at the India Innovation Awards 2019.
Deepa architected several innovations in the space of people development and led the organizations she served to top spots in several national and international benchmarking exercises. Seen as a thought leader, mentor, and advisor, Deepa has over 10,000 hours of training and coaching experience behind her; and has contributed several white papers to further knowledge management in her specialization areas.
She has served industry bodies like Nasscom as an expert advisor for building the professional skills development strategy for India and has been on several HR and L&D taskforces in the country. Deepa is also a visiting faculty for B-schools in India and teaches postgraduate students in business management.
