Winzard is a Talent & Performance Management Startup that was founded with a mission to forge successful transformation in the organisation behaviour space – Enhance Workforce Engagement, Productivity and Capability. The platform comprises modules hosted on a SaaS platform, and aided with consulting services and workshops. The vision of the product is to enable employees to engage with a growth mindset while leaders empower organisations for improvement of workforce wellbeing, engagement and networking.

The Founder & CEO, Yugandhar Penubolu has over 20+ years of experience in banking, NBFCs, Broadband Industry & Consulting. He has held various leadership roles in business development, strategy, risk management, product development, customer retention, project management and consulting with companies like GE, Standard Chartered, Barclays and ACT Fibernet before starting Winzard. He has also authored a book on performance management called “ The Transformational Lens”. The book simplifies the complex journey of building a wonderful team and organisation. Yugandhar turned entrepreneur after realising his passion for developing and empowering people. Anand Joseph who is the Co-founder and COO has been an entrepreneur who has worked with and mentored startups from ground up. His strengths are strategy, product management and design thinking. Pritesh Parmar who is the CTO of Winzard brings with him 25 years of experience in IT with specialisation in enterprise, cloud and solutions architecture. Each of the executive team members bring their unique strengths into Winzard.

Yugandhar believes in employees as a key driver for growth and if they engage, seek and explore, organisations can gain significant advantage in productivity and capability. He also believes that organisations can cope with internal and external transformation if they are adequately prepared with tools that facilitate goal achievement.

Most of the tools available in the market lack sufficient focus that is needed for holistic development of the employees. Further, Many business leaders find difficulty in gaining insights into workforce wellbeing, engagement and networking. The Winzard platform delivers real time analytics on progress at individual and supervisor level making mentoring and supervision effective. The Workforce Wellbeing and Engagement products provide deep insights into various workforce and workplace dynamics backed with consulting for leadership to plan specific action to eradicate disengagement and build great synergies and culture. Winzard also runs online and offline workshops that focus on individual, manager and leader development again supported well with software tools and are delivered by Winzard specialist and industry leaders.

Winzard launched its first product version in May ’21 and is further armed with a robust roadmap for the enhancement of features and a great team. Winzard is well poised to come up with deeper insights and new modules to help improve employee satisfaction, loyalty, capability and build a performance culture in organizations.
