In this competitive world, where  most  business professionals, however successful, give up personal passions, inherent talents amidst career prerogatives; Mr. Bahadur carries his God – given talents as a singer – musician and a writer with élan, to professional excellence. He captures his unusual mix of business, corporate life, and world affairs in music and audiovisual productions, which won him the INDYWOOD Maritime Excellence Award at Film City, Hyderabad in 2016.

His amazing diversity is complemented by core values and sheer hard work which he believes were nurtured in early years as a marine engineer on ships and as a young planner and estimator in US shipyard (the 1980s)and later on gas thermal, hydropower, renewable energy, T&D, and other projects. 

In fact, he leverages global travel and professional associations to complement inherent skills and talents as an idea facilitator, writer, songwriter, and musician on social media. He is also part of important policy meetings, seminars, and think tanks since India’s privatization and liberalization in the1990s. He was President-CEO, Best & Crompton (Chennai), worked as Director, Quality Group in Tanzania, and as faculty at the University of Bahir Dar(Ethiopia).

In Chennai, he collaborated with technicians and musicians at the studios of maestro Mr. A. R. Rahman to acquire proficiency in sound – engineering and music composition for his amazing  1 -man and‘on – the – run’ creations out of a“briefcase – studio”along with his core assignments.
