Born in Malegaon & raised in Surat, Yashraj did his Higher Education from G.D. Goenka International, School, Surat, GJ,and went to Auro University, Surat, GJ for Bachelor of Business Administration. Furthermore, he pursued a Bachelor of Arts from Georgian College, Barrie, ON,and Psychology from Yale University, New Havens, CT. He is the Founder & CEO of THE INDIVIDUAL GROUP®.
He is a highly trained Human Resource Personnel and has worked with Private, Political, Government& Financial institutions throughout his career. With a personal net worth of $300,000 and spearheading multiple businesses from an early age.
He loves the excitement of new ventures, he invests in any upcoming venture that he sees potential in. Apart from helping people, he also heads a private family – run venture philanthropy trust fund by the name of THE PARMAR FOUNDATIONS™ where he fulfills his charitable endeavors. He also has a YouTube channel& a podcast called MAKING SENSE with YASHRAJ PARMAR.
He has traveled over 15 countries observing and studying the structural advances, sophistication& engineering throughout the globe with various multinational property developers on multiple million – dollar projects. Moreover, he has worked with leading property developers& business leaders in India. The goal being bringing opulent living to the cities they call home Surat & Vadodara.
In 2015, He wanted to buy his own place, but He couldn’t afford a house in an elegant neighborhood. Since, many real estate developers had outlandish prices for both residential& commercial spaces, for such neighborhoods and providing little or no amenities in contrast to property valuation based on location, facilities, etc. He can’t shake the feeling when an individual can’t provide the best for himself/ herself or his/her family.
So, He came with an idea to create a real estate company that facilitated opulent living which was modest for the bank account, but extravagant on the amenities. As for his personal journey, he started the company with₹5,000 it wasn’t easy because being an entrepreneur and running your own business is one of the hardest things one can do. It will tax every fiber of your patience, your finances, your family, your health, and even your sanity.
Today, they have best in class residential and commercial spaces in Ankleshwar, Vadodara, & Surat in exclusive neighborhoods which individuals can rent, lease, and purchase. They generate ₹4,80,000 per annum revenue with $4.6 million in consolidated valuation and THE INDIVIDUAL GROUP®is expanding to metropolitan cities like Ahmedabad, Mumbai & Pune in a few months’ time. Moreover, they’ll be operational overseas in Toronto, Dubai, and New York.
