His area of interest has always been people interaction. 13 years ago, he started his career as a recruiter after completing a Master in Business Administration (HR). He had great exposure for the first 7 years working with different companies and clients and some great mentors. When he took the big leap of his career as a director, it wasn’t easy at the beginning, even though he got himself covered there was always a grey area. Operationally, there were a lot of things at the beginning, which were new to him like understanding compliance, corporate governance, etc. but with time and experience, he started to feel in control. 

According to him, staffing and recruiting is one of the most exciting jobs to do out there, understanding the client needs and hunting the right talent is not easy in this competitive market but where he makes a difference by building a relationship with his clients and candidates and understanding both sides, to bring the right talent to a client and a solid platform to a candidate. Mentoring his staff especially the ones for whom it’s their first job is something he particularly loves doing. He believes that it is super important to teach the culture and ethics alongside process-related training and that is where a great foundation is laid out for the hires to grow. He also thinks that as a leader, it is a great responsibility to be socially responsible where you teach compassion and give back to society through charity and philanthropic work. Some of the works that he is involved in are with Akshaya Patra, Tara foundation, etc.
