Vishal is an adept professional, well known in the Indian IT industry for his passion for new technology and innovations”.With an MBA from FMS, Delhi (FT), Vishal’s career spans large IT organisations like Wipro, HP (DXC), IBM and Capgemini. Over the past 18 years, he has developed in-depth understanding of information technology, sales, general management and honed in skills of people leadership whilst delivering cutting-edge performance. His regional cross-cultural management experience ranges from India, the Middle East to the UK and Europe regions. Vishal is exceptional in cultivating new territories and markets, and turning them into successful models of profitable growth.
For instance, he was responsible for opening greenfield territories like Lebanon and Doha for Wipro Technologies. At the time he took over CapGemini’s business in India, his primary mandate was to grow the domestic BFSI business from scratch.
A lifelong learner and always wanting to grow, Vishal takes keen interest in new technology areas like data analytics, digital, cloud etc. For instance, he led the sales and delivery of India’s largest digital initiative ‘SBI YONO’ during his tenure at IBM.
A true visionary, Vishal believes in a focused approach toward organisational success. He firmly believes in ‘education for all’ and has committed himself to add more ventures & projects in the coming future.
At a personal level, Vishal is known for his kind, benevolent and progressive nature. He has offered his time & resources to various NGOs and independent organisations on various initiatives, especially focused on education for underprivileged children.
