He has over 26 years of experience in Pipeline Valves, Actuators, Pumps & Instrumentation Fittings & Valves. He was originally hired in Leader Valves Ltd as graduate engineer trainee program, then went on to become the Territory Manager -India for Velan Inc Canada & Regional Sales Manager for Velan India, where he led the many turnkey projects of Oil & Gas / Super Critical Thermal Power plants. Also worked with Bray Controls India as Head Of Sales, Business Development & later Factory ISS Operations & Marketing, He has worked for Instrumentation line as well, for Astec India & Malaysia as Business Director & CEO. Previously, as Group President of Havi, he spearheaded many transactions, and is credited with turning around the India divisions; shifting it from a INR 25 Cr.to over a INR 68 Cr. Operation within 1year. He is well regarded for his deep industry knowledge and customer focus. Vinod is Charted Mechanical Engineer from IME, Mumbai, He has also done PGD in International Business from IIMAT, Diploma in Finance Management from RGIMT & Doctorate in Operations & Business Management from RGIMT.

Dr.Vinod is currently holding the position of Managing Director of VinPra Engineering India Pvt Ltd  & VinPra Mühendislik Makina Sanayi Limited, Turkey (A Suvin Group of Companies) & President of Rappid Valves India Pvt Ltd, he is guiding /mentoring many young engineers & grooming them to be successful in their job profile.
