It has witnessed more than 52 years of seamless, continuous and dedicated efforts by holding thousands of seminars & workshops with the participation of a galaxy of thought leaders and publishing Indian Valuer, A Monthly Journal (the only one in India) along with other supportive educational trainings and programs.

IOV has acquired an unparalleled status having almost 80 to 90% of practicing valuers as its members and the process is still on. IOV has attained such a status of platform where all professionals find space and chance to further their professional proficiency in their respective fields. This becomes apparent when the concerned authorities approach the IOV for providing requisite solutions to their requirements. 

Mr Vinay Goel, A competent professional has more than 40 years of rich and extensive experience of working in architectural projects along with the development in the field of valuation profession. He took over the reins of the IOV from his Father Shri P. C. Goel (founder of IOV) as the Hon. Gon. Secretary in the last decade. In an attempt to bring the valuation field under regulatory framework, he also formed a Registered Valuers Organisation under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) named IOV Registered Valuers Foundation (IOV-RVF).

As a pioneering institution and registering the need for transformation of Valuation, IOV & IOV-RVF have perceived a 6-point agenda as its Vision & Mission through Capacity Building Programs; Policy Advocacy, Regular monitor & grievance redressal; Developing best practices; Research & Publication and Developing best technological tools to safeguard the valuers’ fraternity.
