Mr. Vikram Goel, the youngest MD in the hospitality industry when he took over the reins of RATIONAL India in 2017, has over 20 years of enriching experience. He started his career with a leading 5 star hotel in food & beverage operations and is currently holding fort at RATIONAL as Managing Director, India operations. As the first employee of RATIONAL India in 2010, Mr. Goel has been part of this commendable India journey of RATIONAL where he saw the company crossing one milestone after another.
Mr. Vikram Goel has been a key factor in adding to the growth trajectory of the business and saw RATIONAL India grow from a mere representative office to a full-fledged subsidiary operating with over 30 employees. With his deep understanding of the industry and robust business acumen, he constantly brought in fresh ideas to the table and built strong brand equity amongst key stakeholders.
As the Managing Director of RATIONAL India he has numerous achievements under his belt. In a short span as MD, he has worked towards making brand RATIONAL a market leader in the field of hot food preparation for professional kitchens in India. Under his leadership, the company has achieved substantial year-on-year growth. Mr. Goel’s leadership skills have been the driving force for the employees and has even resulted in their longer and higher retainership levels with the company.
Mr Vikram completed his graduation in Hospitality Management from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland. He also did a Diploma in Hotel Management from Institute of Advanced Management, Kolkata in 1999. Beyond work space, Mr Vikram is an avid traveller and sports enthusiast and enjoys playing all kinds of sports. A foodie at heart, he spends his spare time exploring cuisines from across the globe.
