Mr. Vikas is a pioneer in Rural Finance and Financial Inclusion. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Neptune Institute of Management & Technology in finance and marketing. He has provided outstanding leadership as the Director and has contributed significantly to enable the company at large scale under his stewardship from the inception of the business to present. Being passionate and sure of his tune about the financial inclusion drive, he commanded SUGMYA.
Mr. Vikas has played his role as a driving force for the hortative growth of the organization. The efficient and well thoughts of Mr. Vikas, out decision making with an aim of long-term vision and leading towards his role as Director helped the company to obtain its remarkable heights in a short span of time.
Mr. Vikas has around 15 years of rich experience in microfinance industry. He has worked with microfinance organization Cashpor and worked with self-help groups (SHGs) supported by NABARD as well.
Prior to sitting on the operational driving seat of SUGMYA which is a fully digitalized finance company, he was Deputy Chief Operating Officer (Dy. COO) with Satin credit care Network Limited (SCNL) a prominent Microfinance company.
