Being a Security Auditor and Process Auditor, he earned a lot of ground reality experience by working with more than 500+ Companies across the globe. He connects with Leadership teams, Management teams and Operations teams and understands the business problems, Objectives, implementation issues, Cultural differences, working methods etc.

He has been leading teams with same dedication and enthusiasm as he did on the first day at QRC. He is a visionary, and a problem solver. He maintains close relationship with his associates at every level.  He is the wise decision maker and always provides opportunity to the young people to prove their skills, abilities in the field.

He is deeply committed about development of employees, professional and personal integrity, customer service in timely manner, positive environment and attitude, and opportunities for everyone. He proudly says he’s a non-MBA Graduate from a normal university, but follower of Kautilya’s teachings to successfully run the business.
