A serial entrepreneur, ex table-tennis player and a global consultant, Utsav is a huge people- person & loves meeting new people thus exploring and learning new things. Belonging from a traditional business class family, he was the first person ever to take Mathematics as majors in his family and joined BIET Jhansi for B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and later went for Masters in International Business from Banaras Hindu University where he met some amazing people & learnt some pearls of wisdom along with some magic ingredient of success.
He started his first start-up at the age of 22, which was among the top – 10 social start-ups in the country. Although, they had to shut the operations the venture made him from a young & energetic amateur to a more visionary, practical, and a man of patience. Later, he gave the All India Radio Show launched in 5 states and got an opportunity to work with various governments some of them including UP Tourism, MP government & especially the Gujarat government for drafting first – ever youth policy in Gujarat.
While working with governments and various other start-ups in the heart of India he realized the potential of Tier–2 and Tier-3 cities and thus the foundation of Kaizen Young Consultants was laid. Earlier, he has also been selected for the Young Leaders Summit at IIM – Bangalore, went for Jagriti Yatra which is the longest train journey in India to have in-depth knowledge and a better understanding of the various parts of the country. Last year, he went for a conference at the United Nations Conference Centre in Bangkok & Harvard Asian Conference (HPAIR) in Kazakhstan, where he won the 3rd Prize in Harvard Impact Challenge. He has also been selected for Youth Global Forum & Asia Pacific Millennials Conference.
