After he was ranked All India Rank 1 for his CBSE grade 12 exams, Tushar went on to explore his love for travelling by building a small venture. He had a general concern ‘Saving every possible penny for an average Indian man who would spend thousands because of an unavoidable emergency such as a medical emergency or sad demise of a family member’. 

For a long time, Tushar was the only owner and the only employee at his company, managing quotes, bookings, refunds, conflicts, cancellations, consulting and not to forget, his college assignments and exams all by himself sitting and sleeping more on working benches and beaches than his own room. During the pandemic, like all travel services, his company faced a setback too. As he would say ‘That day, the only option I had was to either start from 0 or from -1, and I decided to start from -1, issuing refunds to all customers who booked with us but could not fly, even when our vendors ran away’.

Travelidea is now an ISO Certified private limited travel company with 15+ qualified and skilled staff serving clients up to their maximum satisfaction, helping thousands of  needy travellers save thousands of rupees and help the aristocrats plan their most luxury travel break.

This young boy from the small town of Tezpur, Assam didn’t stop at his first round of investment. He’s on his way to take Experience Travelidea Private Limited to a multinational level with the vision to get the company listed on the National Stock Exchange by 2025. Travelidea growing day by day is now entering various other avenues in the tourism industry namely destination wedding management, eco-tourism, adventure tourism and covid tourism as well. Travelidea is technology-driven and its basic operations, internal and extranal communication are all driven by the latest and the most advanced technology and analytical tools available.

He is also a part of Aureum Business Consulting & Financial Advisor Private Limited, an investment advisory and business registration consulting firm as the founding director. Apart from the 2 businesses, he is someone who is available to assist budding entrepreneurs to get started with their own business ideas and helping them to grow.
