He has managed the entire packaging development right from scratch, including setting up &building teams, establishing packing lines, selecting machinery, finalizing technical specifications, and formulating policies/ SOPs. He has successfully worked on packaging ideas &new product launch solutions for Pharmaceuticals, Cosmeceuticals, Breweries, Chemicals, FMCG industries.

Throughout his career, Suresh has had numerous achievements including Anti– counterfeiting   Awards, Packaging excellence Award in 2019, India Pharma Packaging Leadership Award in the highest leadership category from Express pharma/Indian Express in 2019 and many National Awards in Packaging Excellence and India Star Awards from Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP).He got published in India Pharma Packaging Leaders Hand Book by Express Pharma in 2018 and Print week – Focus on Packaging Cost reduction&automation and represented as Speaker and Panel Member at Agility – Unbroken Cold Chain in 2020.

He has designed and innovated new products in Medical devices, Ophthalmic, Nasal, Injectable, CRC and extended technical support and execution of Packaging activities, Mold development, Cylinder development, Change parts development, Machines & materials, contract packaging, artwork operations (for In House, LLM, 3rd party, Virtual/Remote working and on)

With expertise in Packaging Designing&Labelling, Medical devices, Serialization, Track, and Trace System, Packaging Digitization, Anti – Counterfeiting Packaging. Suresh has proven acumen in end – to – end packaging consulting projects right from bench marking, packaging material selection, vendor development, costing&procurement to packaging optimization, specification creation, artwork creation, and market launch. He liaises with global teams across the US, EU, Canada, Brazil, Emerging markets/ROW&   India.  He developed multi – functional and innovative packaging solutions to meet various specific needs and requirements of the organization.
