Earlier, as a Business Head,he has hand led one of the performance units with the company. Running a profitable unit with target contribution and product mix was his   key deliverable. Building a strong team aligned to a common goal across the world was one of   his success factors.

As a Product Manager built Product brand and necessary sales tools to improve the effectiveness of the sales team in the field, along with product life cycle management and profitability with the value proposition.

This is a challenging journey to develop as a chemical engineer into a Specialist. A specialist running a profit center and Managing balance sheet is his key deliverable.

The thought of O&M business then evolved while one of his sales visits during in early days of his career. The product ‘O&M’was then proposed to the client as they required such a kind of solution. The value – added product mix was then a diversified idea for a profitable business.Operation& maintenance is a business to drive the developing country growth.

They,VEPL have forayed into the focused business of Municipal and Industrial Water and Wastewater Treatment plants.They have entered with a vision to be a leader in this Strategic Business Vertical named WWMS Group (Water & Wastewater Management Solutions Group)

They started the Journey of the WWMS Group in mid of FY 2017.1st year of   the operation was a very challenging period in which work on the multiply front was done such as the establishment of the office, Talent acquisition, and kick start the regional level operation.

The Business kick – started with an early breakthrough with an Operation and Maintenance of the NayaRaipur Water Supply scheme from there onwards they have never looked back.

Key Achievement:

  • Total quantity of water treated per day is 2965 MLD serving a total population of 22 million and even in crucial times of Covid – 19
  • Pan City Operation such as NayaRaipur, Rukka, Jamshedpur, etc.
  • 24×7 water monitoring project on SCADA with world biggest corporation i.e. MCGM, Mumbai
  • In this Covid – 19 scenario, they have served their customers with 24×7 uninterrupted water treated with Zero fatality at all their sites.
  • They have also achieved an INDIAN ACHIEVERS AWARD 2020 by INDIAN ACHIEVERS FORUM for standing apart in the services.
