It is a world – class producer of low and high carbon grades of billets and wire rods. The group has developed a focused product portfolio for its loyal customer base, primarily for use in the domestic construction sector but also with increasing demand from the Asia Pacific region. It is one of the largest wire rod producers in Indonesia. The Company is certified with new JIS mark by Japan Quality Assurance Organization (JQA), Quality Management System, Laboratory Management System, Safety, Health and Environmental System, SNI standard, Energy Management System and SIRIM QAS product certification
An experienced senior Finance executive, sports lover, and cricket enthusiast, Sunil Kumar Jaju grew up in Kolkata and is from a middle – class family from Rajasthan. He was bought up to believe that a person can make his destiny and should never give up on anything. Sunil completed his Graduation for St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata in Commerce stream and went on to successfully pursue postgraduate degrees of Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant.
In a span of his career of two decades he has grown in various positions across various Industries currently is the Vice President and Chief Financial officer of PT. Ispat Indo, a Steel manufacturing Company promoted by Steel baron Mr. L N Mittal. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Mr. Sunil is a key member of senior management where he facilitates the delivery of sustainable value creation and preservation. While balancing the responsibilities of stewardship of organizational Assets and ensure that the organization conducts itself following relevant legal and regulatory requirements, in the role of business partnership he is helping the organization develops strategy, and delivers its strategic objectives sustainably. He has effectively contributed to strategic and management thinking as a partner to the business head and lead Company successfully even during difficult times by effectively taking cost control measures and guiding management to take different paths leading to growth in market share and value.
His responsibilities have spanned Fund Raising, Mergers &Acquisitions, Corporate Strategy, Cash Flow Management, and Developing and Implementing Finance and Management Controls/ ERP across Group.
