Sunil started his career after completion of B.E Mechanical from VNIT Nagpur. He got associated with organizations as Thermax as a trainee engineer and then worked for Voltas, Electrolux and LG Electronics. The products were from category Industrial as well as Consumer Durables, where he got experience of Manufacturing, Product Development R&D for products as Boilers, Chiller, Refrigerators, Washing machines, Air Conditioners and Television. He worked as Product Development Head (R&D Head) of multiproduct MNC organization in Pune.
After almost 27 years industry service, Sunil turned to Technical Consulting arena starting ‘AscenTrack Consulting’ in Pune in 2017. He could share learnings and experience for the Indian industry benefit. In the process the 3 out of top 10 industry houses his company AscenTrack Consulting could serve. Viz TATA, Reliance and L&T. It also gets associated with overseas clients from China and S Korea. In the journey AscenTrack Consulting had clients from Consumer Durables and test labs and other manufacturing organizations.
AscenTrack Consulting serves in the domain of NPI (New Product Introduction), Biz development (Manufacturing and Operations), Product Certifications and others.
Knowing need of hour for 4.0 industry, he started working on AI (Artificial Intelligence) application to manufacturing. AscenTrack Consulting started working with Automobile sector. Now there are AI Q inspection installations done MNC OEM brand and also many in process.
Sunil completed his MBA in Marketing & Personnel and also Management courses from IIM.
He is associated with educational institutes as VNIT Nagpur (on Board Of Studies), Mentor on Start Up incubator SINE at IIT Bombay, Mumbai and also with Stanford Seed program as mentor for Start Ups.
Professionally, he is associated with IMechE (Institute of Mechanical Engineers, UK HQ) and holding Secretary position for India Process Industries Division.
He is also on Global Consulting Organizations Consulting panel. He has done few publications on paper in the manufacturing area, in industrial magazines.
Sunil is supported by Sunil Shetty and Rahul Kasture and as a team are taking AscenTrack Consulting ahead to serve organizations and keep growing.
Sunil Shetty comes with BE Mechanical and M. Tech . He has experience in the field of manufacturing and worked on the products as Air Conditioners. He has worked for REWA motors, LG Electronics, and as factory Head in Haier Appliances. He is an expert in Manufacturing Operations.
Rahul has Product Certifications expertise and he has worked with Kinetic and later with LG Electronics. He possesses product certification for most of consumer durable products. He is a trained and certified ISO auditor and has a liaison with government bodies.
