In the starting, after getting ready with everything for his startup, implementation was very difficult, as there were less investors and, he had a really small team, but what helped him is never giving up on dreams. Also, as it is rightly said; ‘we always learn from our past’, after his first startup failure in 2016, he learnt that it is not only about bringing innovation, there’s something more to it that he never knew.

So, learning from his failure, he again decided to go for a start up after 4 years, but this time in the industry he is more passionate about. He started investing at a tender age of 16 and over the years, his interest and determination has only grown.

“Dutch Investing” was founded with an intention to bring awareness about investing among the youngsters. Keeping in mind “Make in India” initiative, his aim was to attract foreign investors to invest in real estate, so as to contribute towards the development of the economy. Along with this, making real estate a simple and easily accessible investment option is something he has been focusing on.

Mr. Khandpur believes that if there’s a race between being a philosopher and being rich; always choose being rich first because it’s better to become rich first and then a philosopher; only then they would understand you.
