Shobhit currently heads the International Business for Ameyoas AVP, International Business handling Africa, APAC, US/LATAM and Canada. Ameyo aims at creating a customer experience for business across dimensions and help them deliver exceptional customer service across the globe A series of multinational corporations in the fields of Finance, Banking, Insurance, E- Commerce, Travel & Tourism, and Telecommunications have been accompanying Ameyo in the reform of management and customer care systems to bring different values to the business model.

He also received Fellow status in CICM which is in 7 countries in Africa serving customer experience to its best.
