Mr. Panchmukh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Pune in year 2012. Founder & CEO of Menakart DMCC , he looks after strategy, financing, creation of company culture, human resources, hiring, firing, compliance with safety regulations, sales, PR, etc.
He has the ability co-ordinate with senior management team to develop strategy. Understanding the markets, competitions, product lines and how will the company differentiate itself. Deciding on sets budgets, forms partnerships, approves investments for the company and hires a team to steer the company accordingly.
