Studying as a student of English Literature at St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, he balanced both his demanding college life and even more demanding work. Collaborating and working extensively with global chart-topping artists and continually promoting indie artists, the label has crossed millions of streams in less than two years since its inception and topped national and international charts.

As an artist himself, he always saw how difficult it was for budding artists to present their music to the whole world and he decided to step in and create a safe and easy platform for artists to connect with their fans. Cryptic Record is a label that always put quality over quantity and believed strongly in its motto of supporting new and upcoming artists.

The label follows the concept of an open-label wherein all major genres of music are accepted and released. He worked with industry experts to provide artists with free career counseling and providing support to struggling artists and helping them debut their careers.

As a mentor, Sayendra has worked with budding entrepreneurs and start-ups to help shape their path. With major publications on international papers like The Ritz Herald, Xttrawave magazine, and Start-up India and features on major radio stations in South America, he has continued to make the music industry safer and easier, providing a safe space for thousands of upcoming artists, singers, and bands.
