Satish Saigal, a man with ambition to acquire knowledge & passion to achieve greater heights in his professional life. Believed in taking up challenges to achieve, what looked beyond expectations. Started his career in Dunlop in 1971 at non-management level and reached the top level as Head of Department, which was a rare feat in Dunlop.

The path was not easy to even reach Management Cadre. But he worked towards his goal accepting all the challenges and responsibilities and finally, as the luck had it, not only he reached Management level but breached all the levels to reach the top position in the company as Head of Commercial.

Team management and Time management were always his priorities. He carried the team with him not only by motivation but by guiding & supporting them. Always moved them to understand the value of time.

A man with vision and ready to accept challenges to sail through rough weather, made it possible for him to reach the top management level to become member of Corporate Core Group for high level decisions on formulating Policies, Procedures, defining the Financial Norms for smooth operations of the company.

His experience in different fields was recognized by Dunlop by recalling him in April 2000 for Restructuring of the organization, which was deep in troubled waters.

Started his own consultancy in 2004 with vast experience at his back. He specialized as Strategy Consultant with his deep knowledge of Strategic Planning based on Cost Effective Operations. Did projects for restructuring, profitability & revamping of Supply Chain Systems. His advice helped some companies to come out of difficult times.
