Being an Entrepreneur, Sarvesh’s Life is always interesting & challenging in a healthy way. Entrepreneurship never failed to impress Sarvesh. His key ambition was to create employment rather than catching a job. He was mainly inspired by “Make in India” Initiative happened in Germany, 2015. Sarvesh has completed his Master Thesis Research in Natural & Organic Cosmetics in Germany & planned to execute in future. So he travelled to 10+ Countries, explored how cosmetic industry works, though it was a billion dollar industry across globe. After his MBA Course in Germany, his journey was quite challenging even though he came from a business family. Every Entrepreneur face unlimited challenges in their initial stage, he was too a part of that great learning experience.
So he then joined his family firm “KSR” directly, contributing to that firm was not easy initially. Knowledge, Experience & Exposure were the things he learned and found India has a diversified FMCG Segment, which is very tricky to capture a market share.
After 4 years of experience, he decided to add value to his mother firm. Sarvesh Kumar started Cosmetic Division in the name “KSR COSMETIC INDUSTRIES” which is also Good Manufacturing Practice(GMP)-Certified and its activity is mainly into Manufacturing Soaps, Shampoos, Body Wash, Lotions, Hand Wash, e.t.c. & also doing R&D for different firms. His primary goal is to consume major part of Organic & Natural raw materials into cosmetics and provide a healthy competition to International Brands in India’s Domestic Market. Sarvesh achieved under their New Brand “BioGate®” which became successful in catching good share in regional markets in south India & also mainly into Premium Hotel Guest Amenities segment. BioGate® is a rapidly growing brand and soon to be seen across India.
KSR also supports Philanthropic activities. They have also successfully delivered Covid19 Essentials – Especially Soaps & Hand Wash to different Hospitals, Covid19 Centres, Old Age Homes, NGO’s during Lockdowns. He feels very happy and proud to deliver this, not just for brand value or his goal but a small part of help for Humanity. They have also done different campaigns in Educating & Promoting Frequent Hand Wash against covid19 virus through different Media’s.
