He is a technocrat with three and half decades of immensely qualitative and proven experience in Program and Project Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality Assurance and Business Development. Spear headed the success of Hyde E+C in India with excellent relationship building with reputed Biopharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical clients. He successfully led execution of many projects in India with large capex programs during the last three decades and contributed significantly to the Nation Building, creating solid plant infrastructure in Biopharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, F&B and FMCG industry verticals.
Prior to Hyde, he worked with ACG Associated Capsules India Pvt. Ltd. (Flagship company of ACG Worldwide ) in a leadership role as Senior Vice President (Projects) and was a core member of ACG Leadership Council.
Sandeep prior to ACG worked with Dr. ReddysLab (Global Generics BU) in a leadership role, as Vice President &Head –Projects, Engineering and Capital Procurement for 9 Formulations and Sterile / Injectable plants in India and set up many projects. Prior to DRL, he worked for Tata Consulting Engineers Limited as Vice President – Projects and as Strategic Business Unit Head – Industrial Sector. He has also worked with Jacobs Engineering Group (World’s largest Design Engineering and PMC firm) as General Manager (Projects )and executed projects in executed projects in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Goods, Food and Beverage and was earlier associated with Hindustan Lever Limited as Project Head, Coca Cola India as Regional Technical Head, Dabur India and National Dairy Development Board as Project Manager when he set up eight green field projects from scratch in India.
He is a keen strategist, planner and implementer with rich experience in spearheading process engineering, technology up-gradation and plant engineering initiatives. He is a B.E. (Mechanical) from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He was nominated for the Gold Medal for the final year B.E. project. He completed his Post Graduate Executive Certification in Production Management, Development & Planning from Georgia Tech University, Atlanta, USA (Under joint program of Coca Cola University, USA).
Recipient of many awards – IGBC LEEDS’s Gold Certification for ACG’s Project in 2016 and many other commendations from industry. He was also nominated as Judge on the Jury Panel of Frost and Sullivan for selection of Best CEO of India of 2017 across all industry verticals. He is also a winner of INDIAN ACHIEVERS AWARDS 2020 for his outstanding work profile.
