Adhering to this thought, he recognized the importance of the Human element required in each HR professional not only when they operate in their roles but also when they connect and share their industry knowledge with students & fresh graduates across institutions helping them build the skills and competencies which are required by them to be corporate ready.
He has 12+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering & Talent Management with various Fortune 100 companies globally. Mr. Sandeep holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
After living in Bangalore, India for more than 18+ years, He has been providing free mentoring sessions for students reaching out to him on social media platforms & actively participating as panel members in various industries – academia forums across colleges in India, for the past five years. He guides students & fresh graduates with deep insights into the current corporate system and the resulting skill gap between campus and corporates especially in the field of IT, HR and Analytics.
Sandeep’s day job is working as People Partner- APAC for People Partnering Organization at A. P. Moller- Maersk.
He is a man with an optimistic approach in all circumstances and hoping to help with the goal of a more robust and self-reliant India.
