He had started the Skillship Foundation with a motive to share the learning as well as with a motto for financial free education system, which he has been learning since he was in college times. He is an Android Developer and his interest in mobile application development brought him lots of opportunities towards his door. He has worked in corporate world on 10+ projects.

Talking about the Skillship Foundation, which has grown a lot within no time and spreading its wings all around India. It has its branches in 10+ cities as well as in Germany and its first milestone was established on 24^th July 2019 which was headed by Sachin Pandey himself along with his partners Mr. Mangesh Wdibhasme and Ashutosh Mishra as the founding directors and Core Members.

One of the biggest achievements that they have bagged is they were nominated for “500 Best Startup In India” within 1 year of existence and also got selected in the startup schools from Y-Combinator. Within no time Skillship impacted around 20,000+ learners. They mostly tie up with colleges to provide them with skill development and faculty development programs along with research development, giving lectures and promoting entrepreneurial skills.

He is the best example for building a culture of entrepreneurship – what youngsters really need right now, to embrace their skills and be able to grow with that trait rather than grow around it. Skillship creates a provision for actual development by giving assistance in the form of mentoring and training residential.
