MyLakshay Consulting provides Personal Coaching, Group Coaching on both online and offline modes. It also conducts Corporate Trainings and workshops on Sales Strategy.

Every Corporate today keeps on enhancing their employee’s skills by conducting regular inhouse trainings and also motivating them by accolades, promotions and acknowledging them in Public; however there is no one who really works on their Employees to know and discuss “WHY they are doing What they are doing”. Due to this gap in understanding, the results are either not achieved or achieved with great efforts and misery. Sachin Jain Results Coach believes in the saying “Efforts are never rewarded but Results are”. He has been helping individuals to have clarity on their Goals, identify and overcome the obstacles holding them back. Previously he has worked in Bosch GmbH, a German multinational engineering and technology company and has developed a global perspective about business and people. Sachin has worked for over twenty-one years as a Sales Professional and has varied experiences in the field of Automotive, Mobility, Off Highway segment viz. Tractors & Commercial vehicles and Stationary Engine application. He is a Postgraduate in International Business Management and is also ICF Certified Coach. He brings a unique combination of his rich Sales experience, knowledge on the Global Management strategies and Life Coaching experience to MyLakshay Consulting.

He currently has been conducting 3 Steps Transformation Mastery Secret program to help Working professionals and Entrepreneurs to explore their true potential and bring clarity in their thoughts towards their life and work. He has authored “101 Empowering Golden Nuggets” and co-authored “Champions of Change” .
