Ritesh did not consider a long term stint outside India because of his pledge to contribute towards nation building by being close to people in India. He has been providing free mentoring sessions through various forums for professionals and students.
He has been guest speaker in colleges, which includes being Guest of Honor for “Industry -Academia Meet” at esteemed Birla Engineering College, Pilani.
