With a knack for starting ventures from scratch and building them into successful businesses, he established the Extended Producer Responsibilities (EPR) division at Cerebra and acquired India’s top two largest electronics producers, LG & Samsung, to undertake their EPR commitments. He also successfully opened the first Cerebra Experience Centre in April 2019 to retail refurbished IT products. Subsequently, the company now has over 24 stores pan India.  

In 2020, he implemented Cerebra’s home-grown software SPOCK, a one-of-its-kind solution designed to capture end-to-end business operations by offering a holistic view of the entire e-waste recycling and refurbishing journey.  

Ravi also helped launch Cerebra’s Device as a Service (DaaS) program, an innovative subscription model for IT hardware and services solutions. DaaS includes all the technology hardware, managed services, and consulting any company may need to select the right devices, and then keep those devices running, updated, supported, and eventually retired.  

Ravi has garnered varied experience having associated with numerous businesses like spice oils, textiles, rubber, and software. He was also an SAP certified consultant and the founder of Red Sun Consulting (SAP Training) and Red Sun Telematics.
