Rajib loves to influence change and make a visible difference within an organization and has always been keen on innovation, providing stable and efficient interface with guests and customers to achieve a high level of mutual satisfaction. Proficiency in devising and implementing optimum business strategies, enhancing property infrastructure, new project development, hands on experience in maximizing operational output, yields, market share and achieving organisational goals, forecasted budgets & ROIs, brand establishment & alignment, training & development, audits, event & MICE management are his core forte.

An alumni of St Xaviers Haldia and IIAS School of Hotel Management Kolkata, he has successfully established the homegrown hospitality address, The Aananda Imperial in Bilaspur Chhattisgarh as the preferred Corporate & MICE hotel in the region and on a National scale.

Hailing from a strong F&B background, his focus has always been into unique and comfort food with the best in class personalized service for one and all. The hotel has earned quite many accolades in recent times (Best Wedding & MICE Hotel Central India) for it’s service delivery, quality of cuisines and CSR activities amongst the local populace and aims for further more. Ever since, he has stepped into Chhattisgarh, he has taken upon himself the cause of championing Tourism Development in the state and the region of Beautiful Bilaspur, alao the NyayDhani of the state and thereby trying to propagate Domestic Tourism in line with “Dekho Apna Desh” & “Vocal for Local”.

An ardent & culturally inclined person, his focus has always been to infuse and incorporate Cultural aspirations and inputs as an integral part of Hospitality Progression and Propagation. His passion for cooking and long drives with his wife are some of his best stressbusters and keeps him kicking always.
