True to its content, he has great satisfaction of being in the hospitality industry for dedicated 46 years of pleasant service to his valued patrons. Always aiming for excellence in his role as hospitality professional implementing his talent and experience. He achieved his goals with aplomb through great support of his colleagues, associates, guests and well wishers. He was fortunate enough to have a couple of great mentors who were his coach and guide too. Being well experienced in hospitality industry, they groomed him to learn strengths &weaknesses, identify the values of a hospitality executive, guest and staff relationship. Continuous learning and implementation, humble and respectable approach towards guest and staff. These values ultimately taught him the skills that helped him grow and achieve his goals with flying colours.
He , always, had smooth sailing throughout his career because of diligence, discipline, desire to learn, hard work and ambition to reach the pinnacle and achieve his goal of a successful hospitality professional.
He was not alone in his success. The efforts were equally shared by hardworking colleagues (he don’t call his associates as staff) and valuable guests alike. His efforts always been to ensure that his team members develop and imbibe the aptitude of being guest-centric, obedient, qualitative, hardworking, assiduous, diligent and cohesive attitude.
He has always walked that extra mile to ensure his guests’ comfort and feel of being at home away from home.
His sincere advice to millennials is to be sincere to their commitments through sincere hard work and dedication to successfully achieve their goals.
Hospitality industry is a great learning platform and attracts new generation basically for the luxurious, magnificent and opulent surroundings created by grandeur, splendour and impressiveness be it old royal forts and palaces, majestic hotels and other resplendent structures. It transforms any one joining the industry into elegance etiquette, grace, courteous behaviour activity, exceptional attitude and marvellous personality. This is what makes a person proud of joining this wonderful hospitality industry.
Though it needs your continuous attention through long working hours, perform duty when others are celebrating, festivals, weekends, personal events etc. You forget all the hardship while serving a happy, utterly satisfied guest by your personal efforts and kindness.
